Red Kuri Squash chutney with Espelette pepper

The Red Kuri Squash confit with Espelette pepper is delightful with fried, grilled or sautéed scampi. It adds a sweet and yet spicy note.

It is also delicious with scallops! You can add mango syrup and a tablespoon Red Kuri Squash confit with Espelette pepper.

Suggestion: When cooking scampi, first add a tablespoon sesame oil followed by a tablespoon Red Kuri Squash confit with Espelette pepper. Season to taste and cook for a few minutes.
