Appetizer with goat cheese, duck breast and Ardennes Onion chutney


  • 6 tbsp Didden Ardennes onion chutney
  • 2 Granny Smith apples cut into little cubes
  • Mini puff pastries 
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 100g chopped duck breast


  • Fry the apples with the Didden Ardennes onion chutney. They must still be slightly crunchy. 
  • Fill the pastries with one tsp of chutney apples, 1 tsp of goat cheese, 1 tsp of chopped duck. 
  • Bake for 10 min. in a pre-heated oven at 180°.
