Appetizer with goat cheese, duck breast and Ardennes Onion chutney
- 6 tbsp Didden Ardennes onion chutney
- 2 Granny Smith apples cut into little cubes
- Mini puff pastries
- 100g goat cheese
- 100g chopped duck breast
- Fry the apples with the Didden Ardennes onion chutney. They must still be slightly crunchy.
- Fill the pastries with one tsp of chutney apples, 1 tsp of goat cheese, 1 tsp of chopped duck.
- Bake for 10 min. in a pre-heated oven at 180°.
