Beef wok with tomato chili chutney


For 4 persons:

  • 500g beef fillet, cut into fine slices
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 4 tbsp sweet chili chutney
  • 500g steamed green beans
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • 1 steamed zucchini in dices
  • 70g roasted cashews
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper


  • Brown the beef in a bit of oil. Add the sweet chili chutney and let it fry. 
  • Season with salt and pepper. 
  • Put the vegetables on a plate, add some olive oil and decorate with the cashews. 
  • Serve with Thai rice: it’s perfect!
