Crunchy lollypop of Chimay and its Figs chutney

Ingredients: 

  • 250 gr cheese Chimay
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams of cooked ham
  • 20 gr flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 cl of oil
  • Wooden skewers
  • Delight for cheese fig Didden

Preparation: 

Cut cheese into 2 cm rectangle over 3, 5 cm

Insert ham between pieces of cheese
