King Prawn Enchiladas with Orange Dressing


for 2 covers:

  • 100 grs of king prawns 
  • Honey
  • 75 grs of young shoots or sprouts
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 yellow paprika 
  • 1/2 red paprika
  • Didden Orange dressing with rosemary
  • Salted pancake (100 grs of flour, 2 dl of milk, 5 cl of oil, a pinch of salt, Cayenne pepper, 1 egg)


  • Brown the king prawns in olive oil and lacquer them with honey  
  • Cut the vegetables into small sticks ("batonnets")
  • Make the enchiladas (mix the flour with the salt and Cayenne pepper and add the egg, the milk and the oil)
  • Season the vegetables with the orange dressing  
  • Roll the vegetables and the king prawns in the enchilada


  • Cut the pancake in two diagonally and add the young shoots or sprouts
