Mini burgers with foie gras and gingerbread


  • 1 jar Onion chutney with gingerbread (220g)
  • 4 or 8 mini sandwiches
  • 200g foie gras
  • Rock salt and freshly ground pepper


  • Cut the sandwiches in half. 
  • Spread them with the Didden Onion chutney with gingerbread.
  • Add a nice slice of foie gras. 
  • Season with rock salt and a turn of the pepper mill.
