Mini burgers with foie gras and gingerbread
- 1 jar Onion chutney with gingerbread (220g)
- 4 or 8 mini sandwiches
- 200g foie gras
- Rock salt and freshly ground pepper
- Cut the sandwiches in half.
- Spread them with the Didden Onion chutney with gingerbread.
- Add a nice slice of foie gras.
- Season with rock salt and a turn of the pepper mill.
