Mini puff pastry of goat cheese and duck breast with apples and an Ardennes onion chutney


  • 1 jar Didden Fig chutney
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • Olive oil


  • Cut the puff pastry in 6-cm. squares.
  • Pierce the middle of each square with a fork.
  • Put a teaspoon of fig chutney in the middle. Keep the sides clear.
  • Cover with crumbled feta, sprinkle with thyme and pour a little olive oil on top.
  • Bake 10 min. in a 180° preheated oven.
