Mini puff pastry of goat cheese and duck breast with apples and an Ardennes onion chutney
- 1 jar Didden Fig chutney
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Cut the puff pastry in 6-cm. squares.
- Pierce the middle of each square with a fork.
- Put a teaspoon of fig chutney in the middle. Keep the sides clear.
- Cover with crumbled feta, sprinkle with thyme and pour a little olive oil on top.
- Bake 10 min. in a 180° preheated oven.
