Minipizza with Reblochon and apple-pear chutney
- 1 jar of Didden apple-pear chutney with cinnamon
- 1 sheet of pizza pastry
- ½ reblochon cheese
- 100 g fried bacon
- Cut circles of approx. 6 cm diameter in the pizza pastry. Use a cookie cutter or a glass.
- Cover the minipizzas with the apple-pear chutney with cinnamon.
- Sprinkle with small chunks of reblochon and bacon.
- Sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake 14 min. in a 180° preheated oven
