Minipizza with Reblochon and apple-pear chutney


  • 1 jar of Didden apple-pear chutney with cinnamon
  • 1 sheet of pizza pastry
  • ½ reblochon cheese
  • 100 g fried bacon
  • Thyme


  • Cut circles of approx. 6 cm diameter in the pizza pastry. Use a cookie cutter or a glass.
  • Cover the minipizzas with the apple-pear chutney with cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle with small chunks of reblochon and bacon.
  • Sprinkle with thyme.
  • Bake 14 min. in a 180° preheated oven
