Tender Salmon with Mango Chutney


  • 120 gr of fresh salmon
  • 40 gr of smoked salmon
  • 1 ½ lemon
  • 10 gr mascarpone
  • Chive
  • Candied mango Didden
  • Gray grain baguette
  • Chinese rice pasta
