Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 3 crepes
  • Sugar

Preparation

  • Soak 2 sheets of gelatin in cold water
  • On each crepe, add 1 tsp of confit (Raspberry-Lychee Confit, 1001 Nights Confit, Apricot-Mint Confit)
  • Finish by adding some sugar on each crepe
