- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 3 crepes
- Sugar
Preparation
- Soak 2 sheets of gelatin in cold water
- On each crepe, add 1 tsp of confit (Raspberry-Lychee Confit, 1001 Nights Confit, Apricot-Mint Confit)
- Finish by adding some sugar on each crepe
