Curd cheese and pineapple chutney with cardamom

Ingredients: 

Serves 4

  • 4x100g Rians Faisselles (or 400g fromage blanc)
  • 8 tbsp pineapple chutney with cardamom
  • 1 fresh pineapple

Preparation: 

  • Place a serving of curd cheese (or fromage blanc) in each dish.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of pineapple chutney with cardamom over each one.
  • Slice the pineapple.
  • Place 3 pieces of pineapple in each dish.
