Curd cheese with Pineaple Confit with Cardamom


For 4 persons:

  • 4 times 100 g of curd cheese (or 400 g white cheese)
  • 1 fresh pineapple


  • Place a serving of curd cheese (or white cheese) in each dish.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of Pineapple confit with Cardamom over each one.
  • Slice the pineapple.
  • Place 3 pieces of pineapple in each dish.
