For 4 persons:
- 4 times 100 g of curd cheese (or 400 g white cheese)
- 8 tablespoons of Didden Pineapple confit with Cardamom
- 1 fresh pineapple
- Place a serving of curd cheese (or white cheese) in each dish.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of Pineapple confit with Cardamom over each one.
- Slice the pineapple.
- Place 3 pieces of pineapple in each dish.
