Open sandwich covered with Ganda ham and Ardennes onion chutney

Ingredients: 

  • 80 grs of Ganda ham
  • One half-size half brown baguette 
  • Didden Ardennes onions chutney
  • 25 grs of fresh raspberries 
  • Fresh herbs 

Preparation: 

  • Slice a baguette in two lengthwise  
  • Brush the baguette with the chutney 
  • Put the slices of ham onto the baguette, thereby giving some volume to it. 
  • Add some fresh strawberries and a handful of fresh green herb shoots (for example: batavia , rocket ....)
