- 80 g of Ganda ham
- 1 half-size half brown baguette
- 25 g of fresh raspberries
- Fresh herbs
- Slice a baguette in two lengthwise.
- Brush the baguette with the confit.
- Put the slices of ham onto the baguette, thereby giving some volume to it.
- Add some fresh strawberries and a handful of fresh green herb shoots (for example: batavia, rocket, ...)
