Open sandwich with Ganda ham and Ardennes Onion Confit

Ingredients

  • 80 g of Ganda ham
  • 1 half-size half brown baguette
  • 25 g of fresh raspberries
  • Fresh herbs

Preparation

  • Slice a baguette in two lengthwise.
  • Brush the baguette with the confit.
  • Put the slices of ham onto the baguette, thereby giving some volume to it.
  • Add some fresh strawberries and a handful of fresh green herb shoots (for example: batavia, rocket, ...)
