Open sandwich covered with Ganda ham and Ardennes onion chutney
- 80 grs of Ganda ham
- One half-size half brown baguette
- Didden Ardennes onions chutney
- 25 grs of fresh raspberries
- Fresh herbs
- Slice a baguette in two lengthwise
- Brush the baguette with the chutney
- Put the slices of ham onto the baguette, thereby giving some volume to it.
- Add some fresh strawberries and a handful of fresh green herb shoots (for example: batavia , rocket ....)
