Ingredients

  • Salt (1 tbsp)
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Scampi
  • Mango
  • Chicken
  • Red pepper
  • Bacon
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • Add 1 tbsp of salt in boiling water
  • Cook Brussels Spouts in the boiling water for 5 minutes
  • Prepare 3 skewers
    1. Scampi and Mango
    2. Chicken and red pepper
    3. Bacon et choux de Bruxelles
  • Grill on the barbecue
  • Add some salt and pepper on the skewers
  • Dip the skewers in one of the 3 confits:
    1. Skewer of scampi and mango with the Mango confit with Ginger
    2. Skewer of chicken and red pepper with the Tomato Chili Confit
    3. Skewer of bacon and Brussels Sprouts with the Onion Confit
