- Scampi
- Mango
- Chicken
- Red pepper
- Bacon
- Pepper
Preparation
- Add 1 tbsp of salt in boiling water
- Cook Brussels Spouts in the boiling water for 5 minutes
- Prepare 3 skewers
- Scampi and Mango
- Chicken and red pepper
- Bacon et choux de Bruxelles
- Grill on the barbecue
- Add some salt and pepper on the skewers
- Dip the skewers in one of the 3 confits:
- Skewer of scampi and mango with the Mango confit with Ginger
- Skewer of chicken and red pepper with the Tomato Chili Confit
- Skewer of bacon and Brussels Sprouts with the Onion Confit
